YOU will be responsible for the timely and accurate completion of projects assigned and will work under the direct supervision of company VP and Principals. Project types may include a broad range and scope compared to larger firms where your task may be compartmentalized and narrow.
+ You have 5-10 years of experience in Civil/Site Design within Land Development and Water Resources
+ You are Knowledgeable and experienced with applicable environmental laws and regulations in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic States
+ You have proficiency in green infrastructure design and implementation
+ You have a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering
+ You hold a current registration as a Professional Engineer or EIT in Massachusetts
+ You are proficient in HydroCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D technologies
+ You have experience in site grading, utility and stormwater design as well as an understanding of local/State permitting processes
+ You are CMF, certified floodplain manager or MVP, Municipal Vulnerability Preparedness
+You are familiar with Flood Hazard Resilience and Resource Preservation/Restoration for wetlands and shoreline resources.
+ You possess financial management skills including proposal preparation and project budget management, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
+ You have strong Experience meeting with clients and conducting presentations at conferences, workshops, and public hearings
+ You have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also knowing when to open up a dialogue
