Do you have sales experience on Mechanical / Electrical or General Services projects?
+ Survey electrical systems, interpret drawings, equipment and job conditions. Understand
the prospect or Customer’s needs and problems. Then determine equipment repair, modification,
and/or replacement recommendations that will provide the best solution for their facility requirements.
+ Provide repair, modification, and/or replacement recommendations and document these
so that the Customer and the company’s Operations team understands what steps are required
to complete the Designed Electrical Service.
+ Estimate the cost of proposed repair, modification, and/or replacement recommendations
and properly incorporate company pricing standards and the TEGG Service pricing system into
the proposal.
+ Qualify prospects, make effective sales presentations, answer questions and objections in
an effective and responsible manner. Aggressively manage proposals to close sales.
+ Understand electrical systems to accurately appraise and inventory system
components, evaluate general conditions, and recommend the best and most cost effective solution to
any system problems.
+ Participate with Operations, when appropriate, in vendor selection, setting up timely purchases, and
deliveries. Assure prompt Customer service.
+ Maintain an active backlog of quotes to assure that the booking goal is consistently met.
+ Prepare complete, clear and concise reports, proposals, booking packages,
and required company paperwork. Maintain written information that may affect the efficient and
timely completion of a contractual commitment.
+ You have 2+ years of successful experience as a self-driven Salesperson and Service Provider
+ You are an ESS that has the ability and disciplined skill sets to succeed in a growing industry
+ You are successful at developing new clients and maintaining relationships with current clients
+ You are skilled at selling into a current client base
+ You understand and address your customers needs
+ Your experience is rooted in Service / Maintenance or Structured Sales Programs
+ You have completed training or secondary education in maintenance or service
+ You possess financial management skills including proposal preparation and project budget management, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
+ You have strong verbal and written communication skills and can multitask working on varying projects
+ You are familiar with and have an aptitude with Windows 98, MS Office 2000 and XP
+ Currently hold a driver’s license
+ You utilize communication skills to leverage relationships
+ You have an education or trade training within the Electrical and Mechanical niche
+ You thrive as a leader and are passionate about SALES/SERVICE and enjoy working with the latest technology and advanced techniques
+ You are a self-motivated team player with a positive attitude
