Do you have managerial experience on Electrical or General Services projects?
+ Promote American C.A.R.E. objectives
+ Leadership communication coordination with Customers, TEGG GM, Foreman and Service Electricians, vendors
+ Day-to-day Management of Service Dept. operations achieving optimum speed of service and customer satisfaction
+ Day-to day management of Vista Service module to ensure daily invoicing of all completed jobs ,direct oversight of Value Invoicing
+ Review Daily Labor Log Report, Daily Sales Log Report, Work Order Reports Service WIP Report- daily
+ Review Work Order Profitability Report, Overdue Job Log, Weekly Quote Log -weekly
+ Review WIP report with VP-weekly
+ Day-to-day management of Dispatch Board and Trip Tickets
+ Collaborate with TEGG GM for TEGG job schedules and manpower assignments, monitor TEGG sales
+ Review labor time cards with labor codes for accuracy and submit to accounting by 9 am deadline
+ Prepare Work Order Quotes for delivery, interactive review for customer approval
+ Manage customer approved Work Orders, prepare and issue purchase orders
+ Manage Service Agreements, prepare and issue purchase orders
+ Meet with long-term and recurring business customer every 6 months and report customer relations status to VP
+ Prepare Annual Revenue Projection, submit and review with VP
+ Oversee City and County permits, submissions, issues and pro-active solutions
+ Support Tool Watch and Fleet Management programs
+ Monitor company policies, procedures, and standards, report infractions to VP
+ Project types may include;
electrical construction for industrial plants, petrochemical plants, power generation plants, governmental and military facilities, commercial buildings, hotels, medical facilities, co-gen systems, and industrial and commercial controls. We have performed work on private, Federal, State, and City projects
WHAT A PERFECT FIT LOOKS LIKE;
+ You have 3+ years of successful experience as a leader and trusted manager
+ Your experience is rooted in Service Management within Electrical Construction, General Construction and Electrical Services
+ You have a Bachelor of Science Degree
+ You possess financial management skills including proposal preparation and project budget management, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
+ You may have experience in working with City and County of Honolulu, State of Hawaii and Federal agencies
+ You have strong verbal and written communication skills and can multitask working on varying projects
+ You are familiar with and have an aptitude with Vista, MS Office, Outlook, ConEst, AutoCAD
+ PMP, PE or EE is preferred
+ Currently hold a driver’s license
+ You utilize communication skills to leverage relationships
+ You thrive as a leader and are passionate about Management and enjoy working with the latest technology and advanced techniques
+You are a self-motivated team player with a positive attitude
+ You understand the value of communication and interpersonal skills
