WHAT A PERFECT FIT LOOKS LIKE 

 You will support survey crews in both the New Hampshire and Woburn offices.  You will be working both on a multiple person field crew, and at times independently, conducting various types of land surveying projects including, but not limited to, monument reconnaissance, boundary surveys, ALTA/ACSM Land Title surveys, topographic surveys, aerial photo control, construction stakeout and research.

 

TYPICAL DUTIES:

+  You are able to complete basic survey tasks necessary to support daily operation of a survey field crew

+  You take direction from Survey Crew Chief and assist with all aspects of daily survey crew operations

+  You collect quality field survey data efficiently and prepare quality survey notes (including sketches when necessary) of each project in the field book under the direction of the Survey Crew Chief

+  You assist Survey Crew Chief with the operation and maintenance of survey equipment and company vehicles

+  You positively represent the company to clients and the general public as encountered in the field

+  You provide necessary assistance and feedback to office personnel to assure efficient and accurate completion of projects

+  You are familiar with the use and setup of total stations (both robotic and manual), data collectors, differential levels and GPS (RTK) equipment

+  You adhere to established company and department policies

+  You are able to travel overnight on occasion a plus

+  You are a team player

 

ASSETS REQUIRED

+ You will be responsible for the timely and accurate completion of projects assigned and will work under the direct supervision of Project Managers and Principals.

+ You possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, a thorough understanding of surveying principals and strong verbal and written communication skills.

+ You have excellent time management skill, be self-motivated and well organized.
